About ICSPLMS
ICSP was born out of a growing concern over the lack of skilled cybersecurity professionals in Nigeria and across sub-Saharan Africa. With the rapid expansion of internet connectivity, cloud adoption, and digital services came new and evolving cyber threats—phishing, ransomware, data breaches, and infrastructure attacks. Yet, there was a shortage of well-trained professionals who could respond to these challenges. A team of forward-thinking cybersecurity experts, IT practitioners, and educators came together with a mission to bridge this gap. They envisioned an institute that would not only offer technical training but also uphold professional standards, ethical practices, and policy advocacy in cybersecurity.
Over time, ICSP earned a reputation for quality, relevance, and professionalism. It became a trusted partner for government agencies, financial institutions, telecoms, education providers, and healthcare organizations seeking to enhance their cyber defenses.
